Underfloor heating (UFH) provides a highly efficient and comfortable way to heat residential and commercial buildings. However, the performance of any UFH system is heavily dependent on the screed used to encapsulate the heating pipes.
Gyvlon® THERMIO® flowing screeds are specifically engineered to maximise the performance of underfloor heating systems. Its free-flowing, self-compacting nature ensures that the heating pipes are fully encapsulated, eliminating air voids which act as insulators and restrict heat transfer.
By providing up to 80% higher thermal diffusivity and 30% higher thermal conductivity compared to standard screeds, THERMIO® significantly improves the response time of the heating system. This means rooms heat up faster and energy is used more efficiently, resulting in noticeable savings on heating bills.
