ECO FD E2C represents Anhydritec's latest advancement in Gyvlon® screed technology, engineered to meet the demands of fast-track construction programmes without compromising performance.
By integrating Faster Drying (FD) and Early to Cover (E2C) technologies, this next-generation screed delivers significantly reduced programme times while maintaining the proven benefits of the Gyvlon® range.
Meet scheduled completion dates for floor covering
FD (Faster Drying) technology optimises the internal microstructure of the screed to accelerate moisture evaporation — drying times are at least twice as fast as standard formulations.
E2C (Early to Cover) technology enhances the mechanical performance of the screed at the surface layer, enabling finishes such as tiles and vinyl to be applied from moisture contents as low as 1.5% MC.
Increase installation efficiency and site productivity
ECO FD E2C is engineered for high-output installation, achieving productivity rates of up to 200 m² per hour under appropriate site conditions.
