Faster-drying, robust screed for high load-point applications.
Gyvlon® Screed XTR FD E2C is an engineered blend of Gyvlon binder, selected aggregates and clean potable water, to produce a flowing screed that is extremely strong.
XTR is designed to provide a smooth level surface in commercial and domestic buildings where higher than usual loadings are expected. It is particularly suitable for application as a floating screed.

Shorter lead times before floor covering
FD (Faster Drying) technology modifies the internal screed structure to speed up the drying process — drying times are at least twice as fast.
E2C (Early to Cover) technology strengthens the screed surface for higher adhesion, allowing risk-free floor cover from 1.5% MC for tiles and vinyls.
